Shipping policy
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (including weekends).
- You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and another email once your order has shipped, including tracking details.
- All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse store located in British Columbia, Canada.
Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship within Canada only.
- International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Within Canada: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Carrier Shipping
- Orders may be shipped using trusted carrier partners such as Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, or Purolator.
- A tracking number will be provided for all shipped orders.
Free Local Shipping
We offer free local shipping on orders over $120 to the following areas:
- Richmond
- Burnaby
- Vancouver
- Surrey
Orders below this amount will be charged the standard shipping rate shown at checkout.
In-Store Pickup (Local Pickup)
- Customers may choose Free In-Store Pickup at checkout.
- You will be notified via email when your order is ready for pickup.
- Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your item(s).
- Orders must be picked up within 10 business days unless otherwise arranged.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Address Responsibility
- Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Issues
- If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.
- If further assistance is needed after contacting the carrier, please reach out to us, we will support you in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Missing Items
- If your shipment arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the packaging and item to assist with the claim process.
