Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. A flat fee of $15.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returned items. This fee covers product handling, inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

Final Sale Items

Products from our Final Sale collection are not eligible for return or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
• Returns will be inspected before a refund is issued.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after the return has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos or videos of the product and packaging to help us verify the issue.

Once approved, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
